Kanuun Journal of Sharia, Law, and Digital Society is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal dedicated to interdisciplinary research at the intersection of Islamic law (sharia), legal studies, and digital society. The journal serves as an academic forum for critical and innovative discussions on legal, ethical, and social issues arising from rapid digital transformation. The journal publishes conceptual, normative, and empirical studies on topics including contemporary fiqh, law and technology, digital ethics, cyber regulation, artificial intelligence, Islamic digital economy, data protection, and socio-legal change in the digital era. All manuscripts are evaluated through a double-blind peer review process and adhere to international standards of academic rigor and publication ethics.
